An easy to drink decaf coffee from Brazil with notes of caramel, milk chocolate and hazelnuts. It has a creamy body, a subtle but pleasant acidity and can be enjoyed at all times of the day. This coffee comes from eight carefully selected farms in the Alto Paranaíba region of Minas Gerais, at elevations of around 1,050 meters. The Mundo Novo and Red Catuai varieties are washed and sun-dried before being decaffeinated, ensuring a clean cup with character and depth.
Process: Washed & gently decaffeinated using the EA method, where caffeine is carefully removed with ethyl acetate.
