A smooth and sweet decaf from Colombia’s Huila region, with notes of caramel, milk chocolate, hazelnut and red apple. It has a creamy, medium body, gentle citrus acidity and a clean, lingering sweetness. An easy-drinking coffee with plenty of character that works equally well as filter or espresso.
This coffee comes from smallholder producers in Huila, one of Colombia’s most renowned coffee-growing regions. The coffees are washed before being carefully decaffeinated using the CO₂ process, helping to preserve their natural sweetness, aroma and balance.
